Questions we get every day
How long does it take to get rid of mice?
Most homes are clear in 2 to 4 weeks. Rats usually take longer because they avoid new objects at first.
Will they come back?
Not if the entry points are sealed — that’s why our Standard and Complete packages include sealing and a longer guarantee.
What does the guarantee cover?
If mice get back in through an entry point we sealed, or activity doesn’t stop, we come back and fix it free during your guarantee period. Not covered: new openings (renovations, new vents or cables), areas you chose not to seal, and shared walls in semi-detached homes, townhouses and condos — mice can travel from the neighbour’s unit inside the wall. For shared-wall homes we offer a shorter guarantee, or a discount to treat both units.
Is the bait safe around kids and pets?
We use locked, tamper-resistant bait stations placed out of reach, and we show you where everything is.
